I started Polished in January 2012.
My favourite treatment is a Pedicure, I find it really relaxing, you feel like you are walking on air afterwards and you also get to look at gorgeous toes for weeks. You just cant do it as well yourself.
My favourite product is anything with Retinol in it! haha.
Outside of work, I love to walk my dog and spend time in the garden and play with my little boy.
The best bit about Polished is the team! The coffee! and the treat shelf! haha.

My favourite treatment is a Massage. You forget how good they are until you have one.
My favourite product is Medik8 Crystal Retinol.
Outside of work, nothing makes me happier than being out in nature with my fur baby and spending quality time with family and friends.
The best bit about Polished is working with the best bunch of girls in a positive, upbeat environment.

I joined Polished in August 2025.
Felicity is just settling into Polished, She is a Senior Therapist and has moved down to Oxfordshire from Lincoln. Her expertise are in LVL, all things brows/lashes and is possibly the most positive person we have ever met. Once felicity is settled in we will get her to write a few words of her own 🙂

I joined Polished in September 2018.
My favourite treatment is a Facial, to me it’s all about seeing an instant result & leaving feeling relaxed too.
My favourite product is Dermalogica Bio-Lumin C Serum.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time chasing after my toddler, with family & friends and drinking coffee!
The best bit about Polished is our clients and our team, both make coming to work an absolute JOY and not like work at all!

I joined Polished in September 2014.
My favourite treatment is having my nails done, it instantly makes me feel a bit more put together!
My favourite product is Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. I have been a long term fan of this product. It’s so gentle but is an amazing exfoliant to use especially if my skin is feeling a bit dull.
Outside of work usually I am running around after my baby and my dog but i do also love having coffee with my friends and my mum.
The girls are hands down the best bit about Polished! It’s always so lovely to see them and we have a good giggle when we get together!

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my nephew, or go for a coffee with my nan.

I joined Polished in September 2025
Becky is new to the area and moved here with her family from ‘up North’. She may look small but is very mighty! She is a fitness girl and recently completed a Wolf Run, she is AMAZING at massage of all kinds and has super strong hands. Becky is also a fellow Dermalogica Specialist so can help with all your product questions. When Becky is settled in a little more we will get her to write her own story to get to know her a little better.
