Our website booking system is linked to our reception software and may take a few seconds to load. The less specific you can be with parameters the more appointments you will find especially at busy times.
Once we receive your online booking we will approve it in salon, this means it can only be confirmed during our ‘opening hours’ but don’t worry it will hold the appointment for you! If you don’t receive a confirmation email please get in touch.
If you cannot see what you require please give us a call on 01993 201195. We also run a cancellation list within the salon at busy times.
Less than 48 hours’ notice before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you provide no notice, the full cost of your missed treatment will be payable as your therapist will have been waiting for your to arrive and will have set up for your treatment. If you book over two hours of/two treatments or in the weeks proceeding Christmas then a 50% deposits is required to guarantee your appointment to avoid large cancellations, if you give more than 48 hours notice the credit will stay on your account. In all cases, extenuating circumstances will be considered, but the final decision will be at the sole discretion of Polished.
All Tints for beauty and hair require a Patch Test 48 hours prior to treatment therefore if you have not visited the salon previously please call us to arrange this before your treatment.
