Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hours’ notice before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you provide no notice, the full cost of your missed treatment will be payable as your therapist will have been waiting for your to arrive and will have set up for your treatment. If you book over two hours of/two treatments or in the weeks proceeding Christmas then a 50% deposits is required to guarantee your appointment to avoid large cancellations, if you give more than 48 hours notice the credit will stay on your account. In all cases, extenuating circumstances will be considered, but the final decision will be at the sole discretion of Polished Beauty.
